Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy forms a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and FreshLife (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 A return request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from confirmed delivery.
1.2 Items must be:
(a) unused;
(b) unopened;
(c) in original packaging;
(d) in resalable condition as determined by FreshLife.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
(a) opened or used products;
(b) health, hygiene, and personal-use devices;
(c) consumables (test strips, filters, adhesives, patches);
(d) “Final Sale” items.
3. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Orders
3.1 Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
3.2 Clear photo/video evidence is required.
3.3 Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance.
4. Return Authorization
All returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers bear all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Restocking Fee
A fee of up to 25% may apply.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection approval.
8. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact FreshLife before initiating disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with evidence.
9. Right of Refusal
FreshLife reserves the absolute right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
